Your vehicle ships in our enclosed transporter, GPS-tracked end to end, with EU or US customs cleared on your behalf. Hand-over takes place at the address you nominate, not at a port. A hand-over inspection mirrors the UK collection record so any concern can be raised on the day.

Open car transport is the everyday workhorse. It suits fleet relocations, dealer transfers, modern daily-drivers and any vehicle where covered haulage is not a requirement. More affordable than enclosed, with full insurance cover, documented inspection and door-to-door delivery included as standard.
For high-value, luxury and classic cars, enclosed transport is the higher standard of protection. A sealed, alarmed trailer shields the vehicle from the weather, road debris and public view, with specialist handling for marques where ground clearance, ride height and finish matter.

Day-to-day we ship modern luxury cars, GTs and daily-drivers, supercars and hypercars, pre-war and post-war classics, concours and collector cars, luxury SUVs, sports saloons, and full private collections. Larger commercial vehicles, plant and machinery are case-by-case rather than a standard service. The four services share a common standard, enclosed haulage, documented inspection, GPS tracking, customs handled and door-to-door delivery, and differ in the trailer specification and the cargo they were built for. Enclosed car transport is the all-purpose covered service for any single car you want kept out of the weather. Supercar transport adds air-ride suspension, extended low-angle ramps and a soft-strap loading procedure for low-clearance Ferrari, McLaren, Pagani and equivalent. Classic car transport is period-aware, with climate-controlled trailers, dehumidified storage and drivers briefed on non-synchro gearboxes, crank starts and pre-war handling. Multi-vehicle transport carries two to six cars on a single covered transporter, with one collection window, one arrival window and sharper pricing than the same cars shipped separately.
A single supercar or hypercar uses supercar transport. A single pre-1980 classic or concours piece uses classic car transport. A modern luxury car, GT or daily-driver where covered haulage is the priority uses enclosed car transport. Two or more cars moving to the same destination on the same window use multi-vehicle transport. Borderline cases like a 1990s collector Ferrari, a modern restomod or a household with one supercar and two daily-drivers are routine for us, and we will recommend the right service at quote stage. Where a vehicle qualifies for more than one service, the pricing usually decides.
Yes. Every vehicle is fully insured in transit as standard, with the cover limit confirmed on your quote, underwritten through specialist marine and motor insurers familiar with high-value haulage. Higher limits for hypercars, collector Ferraris and Pagani-class vehicles are arranged on request. The policy schedule is shared before collection so you can verify the limit against a current valuation. Cover runs from the moment the vehicle is loaded onto our transporter to the moment of hand-over at the address you nominate.

Yes. Every European shipment includes an EU import declaration lodged with the relevant customs authority on arrival, with the broker briefed for the destination country in advance. You do not see a T1, you do not stand at a quay and you do not chase a clearance reference. The treatment depends on your status. A UK visitor bringing a car in for a defined period uses temporary admission, with no duty due and a clear exit date. A new EU resident with the relevant change-of-residence paperwork completes a permanent import on which import VAT may be reclaimable in defined circumstances. Door-to-door transit ranges from two days into northern France to five weeks into the US West Coast, with most European routes settling in the two-to-seven-day range. Northern France, Belgium and the Netherlands are typically one to two days via Eurotunnel and enclosed road haulage. The Côte d'Azur, Italian Riviera and northern Spain run three to five days. Southern Spain, Portugal and southern Italy reach seven to ten days where a sea crossing is used. The United States runs fourteen to twenty-one days for an enclosed container to the East Coast, and twenty-one to thirty-five days to the West Coast, depending on the sailing schedule. The lead time is confirmed in writing at the quote stage.
