Film and television
Discuss the vehicles, locations and delivery windows with our team. Include any access restrictions or confidentiality requirements so we can plan the movement with your production team.
Car logistics for film and events
We arrange vehicle movements for film and television productions, exhibitions and automotive events. Collection and delivery are planned around your schedule and site access.
Shows and automotive events
We co-ordinate transport for individual vehicles and collections. Tell us about set-up, display and return dates when requesting your quote.
Vehicle transport for productions, shows and launches
We move character cars and specialist vehicles for film and television, alongside cars for exhibitions, motor shows and automotive events. Classic, luxury and high-value vehicles can travel in enclosed trailers, protected from weather and road debris. We can plan a single vehicle movement or co-ordinate several cars for the same production.
Give us the collection addresses, venue or set locations, access restrictions and the times each vehicle is needed. Include rehearsals, set-up and return dates so the transport plan covers the whole booking.
Collection, transport and hand-over
- Request a quote with the vehicle list, locations, dates and any special handling requirements.
- Once you accept, we agree the collection and delivery windows with your production or event team.
- The driver inspects each vehicle at collection and loads it securely for transport.
- We monitor the movement using GPS tracking and keep your team informed during the journey.
- At the destination, we unload and inspect the vehicles again. Return collection is arranged around your schedule.
Transport insurance is included, with the cover limit confirmed on your quote. For international productions and events, we also arrange the customs handling for the journey.
Film and event transport questions
Can you move several vehicles for one production?
Yes. Send us the full vehicle list, collection points and delivery windows so we can co-ordinate the movements. Different cars can have different handling needs, which we agree before collection.
How do you work around filming and event times?
We plan collection and delivery with your team, including site access and set-up times. We confirm the schedule during booking and keep you informed as the vehicles travel.
Can you arrange international event transport?
Yes. We arrange UK and international vehicle movements, including customs handling. Tell us whether the cars will return after the event so the paperwork and return journey can be planned together.
